Step 1: put both pudding mixes into your mixer with the whisk attachment and add the 3 cups of heavy whipping cream. Let it mix on low speed first and scrape the side as needed to thoroughly combine.
Once it seems to be mixed enough, we’re going to crank up our speed. I went for a medium/high speed on my mixer (level 6-8) and mixed for 2 minutes until I got to this consistency:
The mixture will be thick but it will make a nice milk chocolate color once mixed together.
