Is there anything better than a dump and go slow cooker dinner? I don’t think so.

This is a fave by my kids. This is one of those dinners I can throw in before I leave for work so my family has dinner while I’m gone.

This soup is also very customizable. Don’t want ham? Omit it. Don’t like corn? Skip it. You get the idea.

Alright. Let’s get to cooking!

Here is everything you need

Step 1: I like to line my crock pot. Obviously not necessary, but cleanup is so much easier if you use one. Now, dump in your frozen veggies.

Step 2: add in your chicken broth, cream of chicken, and cream cheese. Here’s where my helper jumped in.

Step 3: I had to chop up my ham because I am using leftover ham from another night. You can also buy diced ham and skip having to chop it. I’ve done both ways and it always comes out fine. Once chopped (if needed), add in your ham.

Step 4: Season that baby up. I like to use salt, pepper, and minced onion. You can season how you like. Keep in mind that you can always add more seasoning, but you can’t take it back once it’s added so go easy.

Step 5: Set your slow cooker on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. Add your cheese the last 30 minutes and stir to melt.

Step 6: Enjoy!!
