Ingredients:
- 1 bag of frozen home style meatballs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons of minced garlic
Pre-step: line your slow cooker for easy cleanup.
Step 1: add everything but the meatballs to the slow cooker to make the sauce.
Mix sauce ingredients together. It doesn’t have to be perfect because it will melt into a glaze during the cook time.
Step 2: add frozen meatballs to sauce.
Mix as best as you can so that the sauce covers the meatballs.
Step 3: cook on low for 4-6 hours. Stir once halfway through.
If your meatballs don’t have a glaze and the sauce is too runny, leave the lid off of the slow cooker the last 30 minutes to thicken.
ENJOY!!
I served these with cheesy potatoes and broccoli. They’re also good as a meal prep with rice. Let me know if you try this recipe!
